Program Description
The Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) is a three-year postgraduate professional degree programme, offered by Bagmati Province University, Hetauda. This programme is designed for students who have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Being a postgraduate law programme, the LL.B. curriculum exclusively comprises law and law-related subjects.
The programme aims to provide students with sound theoretical knowledge of law, practical legal skills, and professional competence required for legal practice, judicial services, public administration, academia, and other law-related professions.

The total full marks for the LL.B. level is 1900, and a total of 37 subjects have been prepared. Of these, 20 subjects fall under the compulsory area and 17 subjects under the optional area. The total working hours allocated for the compulsory subjects is 125 hours (at 4 hours weekly), while the optional subjects are allocated 62 hours in total (at 2 hours weekly).
